Design Reviews

Energy Management facilitates constant communication between the planning group, design team, vendors and the NC State community to ensure that project designs meet campus energy requirements without compromising end-user needs.

Purpose

Energy Management provides design review services throughout all phases of the facility acquisition process, from conceptual design to commissioning,  advanced planning, schematic design, design development, construction development, commissioning and start-up. This process integrates our knowledge, experience and expertise to enhance energy efficiency.

Requesting Service

Campus partners can collaborate with Energy Management to achieve campus energy-saving goals. For designs impacting energy or water, please contact save_energy@ncsu.edu for a review.
